All properties with an asking price up to and including £125,000
£125.00

All properties with an asking price over £125,000 up to £212,000
0.1% of asking price - to a maximum of £195.

All properties with an asking price in excess of £212,000
By negotiation.

Payment Terms The services provided by Property Particular can be charged out by the firm to their client as a separate marketing fee. Invoices are issued at time of delivery of drafts. Payment in full is due and payable upon receipt. Cheques should be made payable to Property Particular. Property Particular will only enter an agreement with the firm, not its client. Property Particular operates below the VAT threshold. Note Properties outwith Edinburgh, Lothians, Scottish Borders and North Northumberland may be subject to expenses.
