Who is Property Particular?

Property Particular is Ira Johnston. With almost 15 years experience of the Scottish Borders property market, including six years as Property Manager for Ketchen & Stevens WS, she went freelance in 1995.

Ira was involved in the concept, development and production of the BSPC Property Guide and associated web-site and has also assisted several firms with their marketing strategy and overall improvement of the presentation of their sale particulars.


Ira is an associate member of the
National Association of Estate Agents.
